Shipping policy

Every jersey is made to order.

Command Custom does not hold finished stock. Each jersey is cut, sewn and dye-sublimated for your specific order after you place it. That is why production takes time.

Production time

Orders typically ship within 7 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Large team orders or complex custom artwork may take longer, and we will contact you if that applies to your order.

Transit time is additional

The production window above is the time until your order leaves us. Delivery time depends on the shipping method you select at checkout and on your destination. Production time and transit time together determine when your jersey arrives.

Express shipping speeds up transit, not production

Express is a faster shipping method for after your jersey is made. It does not shorten the production time above. If you select Express, your order still goes through the same production window before it ships.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates

We do not offer guaranteed delivery by a specific date. If you are ordering for a race, tournament, season opener or other event, please order with time to spare. If your timing is tight, contact us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

We currently ship within the United States. Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@commandcustom.co as soon as possible. We will correct it if the order has not already shipped.
