Returns & Refunds

Our products are made to order.

Every Command Custom jersey is produced specifically for your order based on the size, colorway and customization options you select.

Change-of-mind returns

Because each item is made to order, we are not able to accept returns or issue refunds simply because you changed your mind about a design, a colorway or a personalization choice after ordering.

Sizing

Please use the size chart on every product page before ordering. Measurements are listed in inches for Toddler, Youth and Adult sizes, and the chart shows exactly how each measurement is taken. If your jersey does not fit as expected, email support@commandcustom.co. We look at sizing situations case by case and will tell you honestly what we can do. We are not able to offer unrestricted size exchanges on custom items.

If we made a mistake, or something is wrong with the product

This is different, and we will take care of it. If your jersey arrives with the wrong name, number, size or colorway compared to what you ordered, or if there is a manufacturing or material defect, email support@commandcustom.co with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it.
